Warranty Policy
Overview
Alcyon offers a Return to Base (RTB) warranty for faulty products, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This policy outlines the process for returning, repairing, or replacing defective items under warranty.
Return Process
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must contact Alcyon support to initiate a warranty claim and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- The customer is responsible for shipping the faulty product to Alcyon’s designated service center at their own cost.
- The product must be securely packaged with the RAN clearly marked on the package.
Alcyon’s Responsibility:
- Upon receipt, Alcyon will inspect the product to verify the fault and warranty eligibility.
- If the product is found defective and covered under warranty, Alcyon will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item.
- Alcyon will cover the cost of return shipping to send the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
Conditions:
- This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and comply with the warranty terms.
Turnaround Time:
- Alcyon aims to process warranty claims promptly, typically within 7-14 business days of receiving the product, subject to part availability.
