Alcyon Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partner Alcyon partners exclusively with Australia Post to deliver our products safely and efficiently to our customers.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within Australia & New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the order’s weight and dimensions:

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 (Wholesale customers excluded).

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/track.

7. Delivery Issues If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via contact page. Our team will liaise with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Change of Address If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
